Pro users get up to 300 Pro searches per day. Each Pro search deducts one credit from your daily limit, and credits are restored each day after they are used. For example, if one credit is used at 9 AM, the credit will be restored at 9 AM the following day.

Users can perform up to 300 queries using Llama3.3 70B, GPT-4o and Claude 3.5, either querying the knowledge of the model, their own files (PDFs, Images, Audio MP3, Videos MP4 or Youtube videos) or Internet data.

Users are allowed to switch between models during any given conversation. This allows to compare the outputs of your preferred LLMs without leaving the conversation.

All users can integrate their organization’s internal files with Beewant search capabilities. The main difference is the volume of data and users enabled for each pricing tier.

Users can interact with Internal knowledge in different ways:

1. Library :
   • Go to Library and upload your files (documents, audio mp3, videos mp4...)
   • Files uploaded are automatically indexed based on rate limitations of your subscription.
   • For each file, a Chat button appears in the bottom right of each index.
   • Click on the Chat button and start interacting with your files.
   • Receive relavant answers including page sources from where the context of the answer has been extracted. In the case of videos, the video appears with a custom timeline showing red spikes to show the likeliness of finding the answers where the spikes are high.
   • At any time, the file can be downloaded by the user. The files can also be shared using the pre-signed URLs of the files given it is downloaded within the expiration delay.
   • Recent Search queries can be checked later on the left side bar of the platform.
2. Collections:
• Users can create collections of files to organize their threads and collaborate with team members.
• Users can combine text based document files with videos or any size under a collection, and enable interaction with that collection.
• Go to Collections Tab to create a new collection
• Or select files in « All » tab, and click on « Actions » to include all those files under a new collection or under an existing collection.
• The Chat button appears on the bottom right of the collection.
• You can switch AI Models at any time during the conversation.

Beewant supports the following file types for Internal knowledge search:

• PDF
• Images
• Audio MP3
• Video MP4

Each file can be up to 100MB in size. For Enterprise users, file size can be up to 7Go for each file.

For each audio and video, the Platform automatically generates the transcription with a set of capabilities like diarization and punctuations along with a Summary, a Blog Post, a LinkedIn Post, a Twitter Post, Chapters, Tags and the Accessibility feature that generates audiodescription for visually impaired individuals (limited to 5mn videos under the Pro version).

Beewant Enteprise includes everything from Pro with unlimited rates (provided the limitations of the custom hardware) and the Data Management and Data annotation capabilities which are not available in any of the free or the Pro Plans. The Beewant Enterprise edition is a customized platform suited for the specific needs of coporations that want to deploy the Full capabilities of the Platform and use it under a controled environment, either in the Client’s own VPC, dedicated servers or On-premise.
